Rumors of Bowie’s Next Album and Tour

Searches for more information about the High Line Festival, pointless as they are endless, have yielded two wee rumors about Bowie’s next projects following the festival. Ben Rayner of TheStar.com has hinted that “Bowie’s forthcoming album could be a bracing confrontation with mortality, à la Dylan’s Time Out of Mind.” And you thought he was never ever gonna get old! Very sorry for that.

Then there is the MySpace profile of DreamofRockStars upon which there is a comment by Diane who claims that her sources told her “Bowie MIGHT be starting a tour the end of 07 and maybe a new album too!” Here’s hoping the sources aren’t a handful of mushrooms.
